Shipping & Delivery
We ship all our bracelets by USPS. We currently ship in the U S only. If you would like your bracelet shipped outside of the U S please email your request and information. We will contact you directly and do everything we can to accomodate your request. Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days. You should receive your order within 5-7 business days. 
Privacy & Security

Returns & Replacements
Should you choose to return your bracelet purchase you may do so with 10 days of purchase. If your bracelet arrives to you damaged we will fully cover the shipping back to us and the replacement of the purchase. We do not accept returns once the bracelets have been worn. If there is an instance where you believe damage was outside of normal wear and tear, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to resolve the issue. For exchanges and improper addresses provided by the customer, shipping will be the responsibility of the valed customer.
To place your order please go to the Buy a Bracelet tab, select your purchase and proceed with checkout. If you would like to return and select more bracelets click return to shopping. When complete proceed to checkout , neter all your billing information, click submit. If you have registered and logged in you will receive email confirmations through the purchase to shipping process.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Mastercard and Visa, and you can pay through Pay Pal. Your purchase will not be finalized until your purchase is confirmed in stock and ready to ship. If you have any questions regarding your order please email customer service.
Viewing Orders
You can view your order by logging back in to the site, entering your log in and password. LOG IN
Updating Account Information
You can log in and update your account information at any time. If you have ordered with us before please make sure we have your current mailing information.
